This is one of the largest Keystone coastal defense forts at 24″ by 16.5″. Each year from 1940 to at least 1943 Keystone made an electric fort and this one is from 1943. The fort came with the boat, submarine and two targets that you see here. It also came with two planes which are missing. To run the wiring for the lights the rear grassy section is raised about an inch above the water in the front. I would not necessary call the electric forts rare but they are hard to find.
