Well it is a very exciting weekend for me. I am now officially a member of the Antique Toy Collectors of America. The anticipation for this has been building since I attended the May convention in Miami. There is now the ability to talk toys without the raised eyebrow that says “aren’t you a little old to be playing with toy”? I look forward to actively participating in the activities that the group has to offer and anything else that I can assist with. If you are solo collector, as I was for many years, I highly recommend finding a group to join. Your prospective and passion for toy collecting will completely change.
