This is one of the more simplistic of the Keystone fire stations. The base measures 16″ by 9″. There is a stop bar at the back that has two spring loaded levers. When the levers are released the vehicles race out the bay doors. There is a simple dowel crank that is on the right side that when turned will ring a bell that is on the inside left of the station and raise the doors. I have seen so many of these without the doors that I wonder if some were made without them.
