This is a letter that came with a 1938-39 Marks Brothers Co. catalog the letter is dated July 30, 1938. The letter highlights some of the new toys for the year but singles out the Charlie McCarthy dancing toy. It is one of the few toys that was licensed by Edgar Bergen. The letter is signed by B. Marks. Benjamin Marks was one of the founding brothers of the company and in 1938 was the Treasurer of Marks Brothers and Secretary of Keystone Manufacturing.
