For several years I have collected these small wooden vehicles purely for their ascetics. Different sources have credited them to either Keystone or Strombecker vehicles. To me they looked very similar to vehicles that were included in a few early Keystone play sets so until I found something definitively showing who produced them I was leaning toward Keystone being the manufacturer. Well now I have my definitive proof of who produced them. You cannot argue with a toy that is with its original packaging. As focused as I want to keep my collecting I really like the look of these vehicles and the fact that they are made of wood. So I guess that I can add Strombecker vehicles to my collecting interests.
