This Keystone pull toy is really more of a push toy. If it is pulled the clown folds under the handle. The clowns arms and legs articulate when he is rolling. There is a bell in the drum that rings when rolled. The toy measures 11″ long, 5″ wide and 23.5″ to the top of the handle. It is made of wood and laminated cardboard. This is currently one of only two known to exist.
