This is an early Keystone fireboat produced in the mid 1930’s. It is 12″ long. The fire cannon is cast brass. There would have been a hose from the cannon to the pump that can just be seen below and behind in the hull. How it works is the handle in the rear is pulled back water is drawn in and and when released it springs forward and pushes water out of the cannon.
