This is a rare submarine that appears in the 1933 catalog. It is 14.5 inches long. Wood body with a metal keel and a lead weight under the bow. The submarine is rubber band driven. The prop to attach the rubber band to is missing on this example. The fins on the sides are adjustable to set the depth of the dive. There would have been torpedoes with this sub as well but there is not a firing mechanism for them. There would have also been a metal flag on the bow. Ten years of looking for one of these and this is the first one I have seen.
