This is one of the larger fire stations that Keystone made. It is 18″ x 9″ x 9″ high. The doors open when a handle on the right is turned. There is also an alarm bell on the right of the building that is sounded when the lever is depressed. It reminds me of the old handheld holiday sparkers for years ago.

Hi
I just obtained a Keystone 3 BAY FIRE STATION as pictured. The doors lift and the interior bell rings when the handle is spun. The spring mechanism that propels the toy trucks is in tact and works fine. The siren on the side of the piece turns when the plunger is depressed – however the siren does not work (no sound). Do you know how to remedy this? I would appreciate any feedback – Thanks!

Hello Jim,
I just went to mine and tested the siren, which I never had. Mine does work but only after the plunger is depressed several times to build up speed internally. Four times before it started to make a slight noise. If your’s truly does not work it can be removed from the building and carefully disassembled. But if everything is turning I am not sure that disassembly and oiling it will do any good. This is what I would try.
