Here is an insert that came with the 1938-39 Marks Brothers Co. Catalog. It is for a new toy the Charlie McCarthy “Dancer”. The toy had a 20″ board that the child would sit on one end of and with an 18″ dowel to make Charlie dance. The price for this toy was a mere 50 cents.
