The hollow-boat logo denotes the boat as a Jacrim but manufactured by Keystone.  These logos were used starting about 1926 and  continued until the mid 1930’s.  Jacrim was dissolved in 1934 but the name was used for the boat toy line until at least 1941.  However, the hollow boats were replaced with solid hull versions shortly after Jacrim became part of Keystone in 1934.
